DVLA Medicals

If your employee is required to or has been asked to provide DVLA with medical certification about their fitness to drive, we can carry out a range of medical assessments and tests.

They may require a medical which is relevant to their specific role such as an HGV driver or driver of a specialist vehicle, or it may be that they have developed a notifiable medical condition or disability which could affect their ability to drive safely.

Employees should bring the following items with them:
The D4 Medical Form, Photographic ID (Your passport or driving licence). Any medication, doctor/ hospital letters and relevant investigation results for conditions that may affect your licensing. Your glasses/contact lenses if worn.

Additional costs may apply if we need to write to your NHS GP or a specialist.
