A home visit costs £400 for the first hour including travel then £300 per hour pro rata.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellations can be made via your client portal, email [email protected] or by phone.

Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund of deposit.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will receive a 50% refund.

Please note the full deposit will be forfeited in the event of a missed appointment.
