Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I need to bring anything?
Yes – immunisation records, any recent hospital/GP notes, growth charts if available, notes on feeding, diet, sleep and behaviour.
  • Is this suitable for newborns/infants?
Absolutely. We will adapt to their age: newborn/infant checks focus more on feeding, weight gain, developmental milestones, skin issues for example.
  • What if we find something concerning?
We will discuss the options: further investigations, potential referrals to specialists, management plans. We aim to pick up issues early so that support can be put in place.
  • Can this replace regular GP visits?
No – this is intended as a comprehensive screen. Routine GP care (vaccinations, acute illness, etc.) should continue as needed.
